{"id":33444,"date":"2019-02-23T09:22:38","date_gmt":"2019-02-23T16:22:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pindelski.org\/Photography\/?p=33444"},"modified":"2019-02-23T09:22:38","modified_gmt":"2019-02-23T16:22:38","slug":"variations-on-a-theme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pindelski.org\/Photography\/2019\/02\/23\/variations-on-a-theme\/","title":{"rendered":"Variations on a Theme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><i>16 minutes apart.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>We are having some very strange weather here in Scottsdale, Arizona, as yesterday&#8217;s snap discloses.<\/p>\n<p>Here are two more from yesterday taken at sunset, the first in teeming rain, the second replete with drama and show.<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<i><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pindelski.org\/Blog2\/Sunset_022319_601.jpg\" width=\"1014\" height=\"764\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\nAt 6:01pm.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pindelski.org\/Blog2\/Sunset_022319_617.jpg\" width=\"1014\" height=\"764\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n16 minutes later at 6:17pm.<\/p>\n<p><\/i><br \/>\n<\/center><\/p>\n<p>Add to that the fact that Flagstaff, some 2 hours north of here and at 7,000 feet above sea level, just reported <a href=https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2019\/02\/22\/us\/flagstaff-arizona-snow-record-trnd\/index.html target=_blank>35.9 inches of snow<\/a> in one day, the highest on record.  And there are <i>still<\/i> those who deny the reality of climate change, with sea levels rising and glaciers melting.  Wow!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>16 minutes apart.
