It&#8217;s a great way to get around in a congested city and offers lots of picture opportunities, assuming some bureaucrat doesn&#8217;t apprehend you and try to confiscate your camera.<\/p>\n<p><center><img src=http:\/\/www.pindelski.org\/Blog\/BART.jpg><br \/>\n<i>On the BART, December 23, 2006.
