Now and then a photograph selling a product comes along that makes the jaw drop. One of those “Why didn’t I think of that”, or “Oh! my gosh!” things.<\/p>\n
I don’t know the age of this one, but the design suggests the 1950s. But two words are needed, and the result, I think you will agree, is genius.<\/p>\n
Few products rise to the status of becoming a non-proper noun. Hoover, Scotch tape, Spam (now a pejorative, of course, though arguably it always was if you have tried the original). This one is for Hoover:<\/p>\n
