One of those &#8220;Why didn&#8217;t I think of that&#8221;, or &#8220;Oh! my gosh!&#8221; things.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t know the age of this one, but the design suggests the 1950s.  But two words are needed, and the result, I think you will agree, is genius.<\/p>\n<p>Few products rise to the status of becoming a non-proper noun.  Hoover, Scotch tape, Spam (now a pejorative, of course, though arguably it always was if you have tried the original).
